- A Citywide MICE Venue in the Center of Tokyo
The development of the area, including the city and the station, is managed by JR East. Leveraging this strength, at Takanawa Gateway City, you can organise your MICE events outside the facility, transforming the entire city into a unique MICE venue. Events can take place in various areas of the ‘Citywide MICE’, such as in the 6,500 m2 station plaza in front of Takanawa Gateway Station or the public squares for outdoor activities. Organisers can promote their events using flags and digital displays at the station and throughout the city. This approach not only enhances the experience for event participants from the moment they arrive but also creates a significant impact on passersby.
