ECA and IFES strongly believe that the future success and growth of the global events industry will increasingly rely on cross-border partnerships between like-minded organisations and stakeholder groups working to address common challenges. Within this context, both organisations look forward to collaborating on educational efforts, issue and policy forums, advocacy support, and other joint opportunities to serve the needs of the broader community.

Gathering 2,468 in-person and 1,168 virtual attendees, the World Stroke Congress, which took place on 10-12 October, emphasized on advancements in prevention, acute treatment, and recovery, leading to notable enhancements in stroke care worldwide.

Over ten extraordinary days, the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) General Assembly and Scientific Symposium 2023 (GA2023) brought together cultural heritage enthusiasts and experts from around the world to Sydney. Hosted in Australia for the first time from 31 August to 9 September 2023, this historic event was the culmination of seven years of planning and perseverance. Despite a COVID-19 postponement, it successfully showcased the nation's rich heritage while addressing critical global issues. With 1,853 participants representing 100 countries, GA2023 was a truly international affair. Attendees had access to a diverse program of 150+ events, including site visits, workshops, lectures and a five-day Scientific Symposium.

During the G7 Hiroshima Summit held from 19 to 21 May 2023, Congrès Inc., in a consortium with fellow IAPCO member Japan Convention Services (JCS), was appointed to execute the set-up and operations of the International Media Center (IMC), which served as the hub for domestic and international media organisations to disseminate information worldwide on this important occasion.

The recent celebration of the ‘World Heart Day’ on 28 September, organised by the CVREP Foundation, is no exception. Under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and in collaboration with ‘Africa Health ExCon’ managed by the ‘Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply and the Management of Medical Technology – UPA’, this year's gathering transcended the traditional boundaries of a conference and embraced the vibrant spirit of a Public Forum. It brought together leaders and innovators from Egypt and the whole region to address the most pressing challenges in global cardiovascular health.
