CONVIN S.A. (PCO) was hailed as the winner of the Best Virtual Event Portal Award at EventsAir’s Innovation Awards, which were announced at AirTime 2023 in London. The team were recognized for their innovative event portal at the World Tunnel Congress 2023 (WTC2023).

Science Lab IMAGINUS, the first science experience facility fully managed and planned by IAPCO member Congrès Inc. opened on October 7, 2023 in Tokyo. Using our knowledge and experience in administration of science museums, cultural and tourism facilities, we launched a unique science facility in a former elementary school in Tokyo, engaging in a public-private sector project. Congrès also obtained a Nutty Scientists® master franchise, a leading global children’s education program, that made its debut in Japan at IMAGINUS.

In this spirit, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES) and the Greek Meetings Alliance (GMA) have formalised a partnership that is poised to create mutual benefits for both membership bodies and strengthen the Exhibition Industry. The partnership between GMA and IFES was announced on 10 November at the Open Stage of Philoxenia 2023 during a panel on the benefits of fostering partnerships in the MICE industry that is focused on meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
