Will my current account and login details work on the new website?

No. You will need to go to the login page and reset your password to access your account. You can use your current email address to receive your password reset email.

Can I still access the old website after the launch?

After the launch, the old website will be redirected to the new website. Content and features from the old website are available on the new website, ensuring a seamless transition for our members. Members will still be able to access webEDGE using your existing login details.

What is the purpose of the new website?

The new website is designed to provide users with an enhanced and seamless experience. It aims to offer comprehensive information, user-friendly navigation, and an aesthetically pleasing interface. Whether you're looking for information, news, to update your profile/entry in the Member Directory, the new website is your one-stop destination.

What new features can users expect?

We are delighted to introduce you to our new website and CRM system, part of our ongoing digital strategy bringing your IAPCO HQ closer to you and you closer to us.  We have planned the launch and onboarding of all members onto the new platform in stages to ensure you are comfortable every step of the way.

  • Phase 1 of the launch invites you to sign-up, set your preferences and begin your journey.  

  • Phase 2 (Q2 2025) will see the launch of ‘IAPCO Groups’, bringing specific groups of members together to learn from one another, discuss challenges and opportunities and build networks based on roles and interests.  

  • By the end of 2025, webEDGE will transfer across to our platform so that you and your colleagues can begin to map your IAPCO Education Journey in your profile and engage with HQ and faculty in a much more efficient manner.

Will there be tutorials or guides on how to use the new features?

Yes, tutorials and guides will be provided in your email to notify you that you can reset your password and start using the new site. A copy of the guides can be found at the bottom of these FAQs.

How can I provide feedback on the new website?

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions. You can provide feedback through the website's contact form, participate in surveys, or engage with us on our social media platforms. Your input will help us continually improve and refine the website.

What should I do if I encounter any issues with the new website?

If you experience any issues or have questions about the new website, or if you have any problems resetting your password and/or logging in, please complete the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and will contact you as soon as possible. site.

The latest news and updates from our Members can be found in the Knowledge Hub. All information updates specific to the new website will be sent to members or posted in the Members Hub when published..
