Overview:
The world is changing in an accelerating rate. Well into the times of permacrisis, Associations need to cater to the needs of their respective communities regardless of political shifts and rising uncertainty. At the same time, the needs of our members and staff members are evolving, forcing us to continuously learn and adapt. Not only the political framework in which we operate affects our jobs today more than it did in the past, but also our staff, members and stakeholders are looking at Associations to lead by example. How can Association Leaders incorporate all this, without rocking to boat too much or too fast?
