All of our EDGE Seminars are delivered by an IAPCO Member, in partnership with their local CVB. Partnering with an IAPCO Member to host or deliver an EDGE Seminar includes commercial, media and strategic opportunities, each of which provides levels of engagement and connectivity across our global community.
Deliver an EDGE Seminar
It is a unique opportunity for the IAPCO PCOs to raise their company profile and showcase their destination to the global IAPCO community. EDGE Seminars attract attendees from across the meetings industry, many of which are influential in destination selection process for International Association Meetings and Congresses.

IAPCO EDGE 3 day-seminars are designed for meetings and events professionals from PCOs, CVBs, Convention Centres, Universities, Associations. Small groups interact with faculty and work together to build new skills and refresh their practices.
An EDGE seminar is for people who are looking to advance their career and learn from industry leaders in a hands-on way and make connections for life.
An IAPCO EDGE Seminar usually attracts 40-60 participants (70-80 in Europe). The target audience is primarily regional however participants can attend from any part of the world.

Organise an EDGE Seminar
IAPCO caters for groups or organisations who wish to stage a hosted IAPCO Seminar in their own country or a particular geographical area on a specific topic/theme. Seminars can be linked to other industry functions/trade shows, or be stand-alone seminars, specially structured to suit the participants’ needs and the local conference climate.
The programme is prepared in consultation with the IAPCO Training Academy and the local host. IAPCO will send a team of experts as appropriate to the seminar.
