Education is at the core of IAPCO and everything the Association does revolves around it.

IAPCO firmly believes education is essential to further and maintain a high professional standard in the organisation and administration of congresses, conferences and other international and national meetings or special events.

All of IAPCO’s educational programme is delivered under the EDGE (Experts in Dynamic Global Education) banner.

The IAPCO Training Academy oversees IAPCO’s extensive education programme, recruiting world-class speakers for our EDGE Seminars and webEDGE e-learning platform.

Our Training Academy and webEDGE Taskforce are actively working in building and refreshing best-in-class programmes, supporting our mission to enhance the quality of the services delivered by our industry.

	webEDGE is IAPCO’s unique online-learning platform. It contains hours of education (CMP accredited) designed by professionals for professionals (PCOs / Meeting Planners, Associations, CVBs, Meeting Venues, Project Managers / Assistants in the meetings industry). Access is free for employees of IAPCO member companies, and packages are offered for non-members. Visit webEDGE for more information.
	IAPCO EDGE Seminars are two or three-day in-person seminars for meetings and events professionals to learn new skills through a mix of lectures and practical workshops, taught by industry leaders. 	IAPCO Impact Dialogues are 60-minute online panel discussions to trigger reflection and discussion amongst industry practitioners with audience Q&A. They are free and open to all.
	IAPCO Hosted EDGE is a programme designed for organisations wishing to tailor an EDGE Seminar for a specific audience (limited to an organisation, country, specific topic…). If you are interested in hosting an EDGE Seminar for your community, we will work with you in designing and delivering the perfect programme. IAPCO will send a team of experts appropriate to the seminar content or we can deliver a seminar remotely in virtual formats. Registration is restricted and managed by the host. 	IAPCO participates in panel discussions and delivers education sessions at major industry events around the world. Requests to speak at events where we believe we can contribute value will be taken into consideration. Email Send email with details of your request. 	CEO Meet-Up is an online coaching leadership program, facilitated by a professional moderator. Everyone involved will benefit from the interactive coaching sessions that are held monthly in small groups. Email Send email to be notified of the next session. Participation is restricted to IAPCO members, and the program is payable.
	At the Annual Meeting & General Assembly, IAPCO members gather together from across the globe to experience quality education, knowledge-share and a fabulous social programme provided by the local hosts. Participation is restricted to IAPCO members and IAPCO partners and is payable.
